This page sets out the terms and conditions that govern use of the Slotroyals platform and the services we provide. It describes the contractual relationship between us and registered users, explains account-holder responsibilities and eligibility requirements, and describes how we manage promotions, payments and disputes. By using the platform you accept these terms; if you do not agree you should not register or continue to use the service.
Account holders must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering and must keep that information up to date. We expect users to maintain the confidentiality of their login details and to notify us immediately if they suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe an account is compromised, abused or operated in breach of these terms.
We may require verification of identity, address, and payment method before allowing certain transactions or withdrawals. Until verification is complete, access to some services may be restricted. Users must cooperate with verification requests and provide documents or information within a reasonable time when asked.
We allow users to set personal deposit and play limits and may apply limits to accounts for regulatory, security or risk reasons. Multiple accounts, collusion, bonus abuse or other prohibited activity may result in restrictions, forfeiture of bonuses and closure of accounts.
Only persons who meet legal age requirements and who are resident in permitted jurisdictions may open an account. You must not create an account on behalf of another person. Users must not use the platform for illegal activity, money laundering, fraud or to conceal identity. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to tamper with software, reverse engineering, using unauthorised bots or automated tools, and attempting to manipulate outcomes or circumvent technical controls. We reserve the right to investigate and take action against misuse.
Promotions and bonuses are offered subject to specific terms which apply in addition to these conditions. Bonus offers may carry wagering requirements, contribution rates by game, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, expiry dates and other restrictions. We may withhold, cancel or reclaim bonuses where we reasonably suspect abuse or where a user breaches the applicable promotion rules.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using accepted payment methods and in accordance with any limits or checks we apply. Withdrawals may be subject to verification and processing checks. If a dispute arises the parties should attempt to resolve it by contacting customer support in the first instance. If the matter cannot be resolved informally we will follow the dispute procedures set out in our customer service information. Users may be asked to supply documentation to support claims and to cooperate with any investigation.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, our business or services. Significant changes will be communicated by the means available to us. Continued use of the platform after such changes will constitute acceptance of the revised terms. For clarity in correspondence, references to our services may appear under the variant name Slot Royals in addition to the primary brand name.
